Edinburgh Hogmanay – 4 Day Train Tour

Day 1
Board the train early morning in Kings Cross, London. We travel north to arrive in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh, by 11.15am (journey time under 5 hours). Breakfast in England, lunch in Scotland! On arrival in Edinburgh you will be transferred to our accommodation in central Edinburgh, and the rest of the day is free to explore.
Day 2
Breakfast and then a full free day in the best place to be in Britain for New Years Eve, Edinburgh. The tour price will include a ticket for the party on Princes Street to join the biggest New Years Eve party in Europe. An experience of a lifetime!!!
Day 3
A late breakfast followed by sightseeing. Time to visit Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Royal Yacht Britannia and much more. Edinburgh has long been described as the ‘Athens of the North’, and is a city of incredible beauty and architecture.
Optional extra – Scotland Highlands & Loch Ness Day Trip - you will travel to the Scottish Highlands, visiting Glencoe, Fort William (which is in the shaddow of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain) and on to Loch Ness. A truely memorable way to spend your first day of the year
Day 4
After an leisurely breakfast, some final shopping before departing the hotel and travel back to England.
Our train passes some wonderful coastal scenery and we arrive back in London late afternoon.
